Age Requirements

Parental consent for spa treatment is required for children under 18 years of age. If you bring young children, they can stay with you in the massage room. However, please make sure they do not disrupt the spa experience of other guests.

Spa Arrival

We recommend that you arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow our staff to orient you with your treatment. Late arrival may be subject to reduced treatment time and full rate of the treatment will be charged accordingly. Please understand that late arrival will not receive an extension of the treatment. You will also be required to complete a health questionnaire declaration form before treatment begins.

Spa Attire

Spa attire, undergarments and towels will be provided for your treatment. Our therapists respect your privacy and throughout the treatment, you will be draped with towels, covering all parts of the body not being treated.

Advance booking is recommended. For reservations, please call or email.

Hours of Operation

10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, daily. We accept the last booking at no later than 7:00 PM.

Prices

All prices are in Thai Baht and include service charge.

Health Conditions

Please advise us if you have any health conditions, allergies or injuries. Before your treatment begins, kindly inform your therapist of areas to be avoided. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, or any other conditions, please notify your therapist immediately. Heat treatment is not recommended for pregnant women. Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol will be declined access to treatments.

Accidents and Injuries

The Akesis Touch will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries sustained during your visit.  

Personal Valuables and Personal Devices

Safes are available for your personal belongings. The Akesis Touch accepts no responsibility for the loss of any valuables or personal belongings that are brought onto the spa premises. To ensure a peaceful sanctuary within the spa, please put your phone on silent mode, and refrain from using it in the spa. To respect the privacy of all spa guests, the use of cameras in the spa is prohibited.

Food and Beverage

Externally purchased food and beverages cannot be brought in and consumed in the spa.

Method of Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Thai QR payment, and cash.

Cancellation Policy

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 3 hours in advance of your appointment, subject to space availability.
